At MedNaturalis, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Because our products are sold and fulfilled exclusively through Amazon, our returns and cancellation processes are designed to be fast, easy, and secure for our customers.
Returns & Refunds via Amazon
All purchases made through our Amazon store are subject to Amazon’s Standard Return Policy.
- Return Window: Most unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Process: To initiate a return, please log into your Amazon account, go to “Your Orders,” and select the “Return or Replace Items” button. Amazon will provide the necessary return labels and instructions.
- Condition: For a full refund, products must be returned unused, factory-sealed, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
Defective or Damaged Products
Your experience is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- You are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
- Once the defect is verified as a manufacturing issue (and not due to customer misuse), Amazon will process the exchange or credit.
- Please note that returns based on personal taste or subjective scent preferences are generally not eligible for return once the seal is broken, due to the nature of essential oils.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so through your Amazon “Your Orders” panel before the item has entered the shipping process. Once an order is marked as “Shipped,” it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return upon delivery.
